Pay is pretty solid now that they had the $3 raise. I made some great friends and met my roommate/best friend! I actually liked learning grill and prep and do well at them under pressure.

I was the only woman who knew grill and was treated very differently and never scheduled a grill shift despite my GM telling me how impressive it is I know grill and that my food is good.. Was promised an SM position and completed all my videos and was ready for my ServSafe, but my GM wouldn't schedule me for an exam even though I told him weekly I was ready and he always talked about being desperate for management. Despite this, he told me he would schedule me and even told me he was okay with me cheating on the exam. HACCP logs are faked every shift and food safety isn't a priority. We once had the walk in not temping for a full 24 hours and corporate still wanted us to serve the food had the crew not put our foot down. People who no call no show 5+ times in a row are still scheduled and would come and go as they pleased. Absolutely no consequences in my store and the managers act inappropriately toward the girls there, many of us young and in college. Constantly understaffed, frustrated and stretched too thin. Even if there were consequences, corporate's expectations aren't proportional to a low level food service position and the stores are sort of set up to fail.
