Nothing good to say about this sham of a work place unfortunately Although I must add that the general staff were very pleasant to work with. The faults with this company are too many to mention but here are a few for Anyone who may be tempted to work for choice. 1. Minimum wage although they do not advertise this! 2. Supervisor rate is only approximately 10p per hour above minimum wage which In my opinion is an utter disgrace. 3. Staff are so overworked as they employ the minimal of staff and extract the Maximum amount of work out of each employee. 4. They pay no sick pay 5. Constant threats of disciplinary action for very trivial things 6. Management have been known to sit in their office gorging on cream cakes and Playing with their phones while the poor staff are left to do all the work! 7. No overtime available, in the unlikely event that overtime does crop up they will Only pay time in lieu which kind of defeats the object! 8. Christmas working and Bank holidays compulsory. 9. The premises where I worked had one particular member of staff that was BONE IDLE and extremely rude to anyone who expressed their concerns, this was Mentioned to management on many occasions but the complaints just fell on deaf Ears! 10. I must stress however that 1 member of management in the store where I worked had A heart of gold and very kind so I couldn’t fault her at all (long term member of staff) The rest in my opinion had no backbones who failed their hard working staff miserably. The above is just the tip of the iceberg, I will not go into further details as this review could Come across as sour grapes.
