Owners and management only scheduling one person at the front desk on busy days, broken items that either never get fixed or "fixed" than break again a couple of days later, constant ant problem, non existent training, not giving employees any health benefits, sick days, vacation or holiday pay like most decent hotels do to build moral, the owners only really will have management schedule overtime to their family members who work in the hotel......I could go on and on!
