      Every owner i've worked for has been awful. The pay isn't good but the job is easy. Great for a student, or as a part time job as supplemental SOI, or for a retired person looking for a little work to fill time.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
