      Old boys club culture; unfriendly environment; no flexibility; management not knowledgable treats you like your beneath them; enables bad behavior from employees; shuns you if you speak up; management doesn't want to or know how to deal with conflict; no loyalty;toxic environment

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
