None, unless you enjoy going to work everyday not knowing if it will be your last! It used to be a great American success sort but they can't say that anymore.

They outsource to third world countries so they can take advantage of poverty levels so they can pay very low wages while the BIG Boys such as Steve Joyce and the executive team rake in million dollar salaries and bonuses. I know because I am one of the trainers they sent to the third world countries to train them to do the job. They lied to me all along the way and assured me that there would be no layoffs as a result and that they were going to send current employees home to work in their work from home program. In December 2012 they closed the call center in Colorado and I was layer off along with 250 of my coworkers.

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
