Did not do a good job of sales and consistently focused on the latest and greatest tech. Unfortunately in the CRM space this approach does not work well.

The chance to get some exposure to a high tech company that also interacts with some big players. Their clients are well known, and the accounts are fairly substantial. Also, free sodas!

The lack of upward mobility is pretty bad, I have seen a few people not get the chance they deserve. Also, if you are young and highly energetic, this is not the place for you. No offense to Chordiant, but it is a place where most people are already married with a few kids. If you are looking for a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere, then look elsewhere in the Silicon Valley.
