There's a notable lack of informal interaction with the leadership team, even though many senior leaders are present in the office. Apart from monthly meetings for all employees, there are no efforts to facilitate communication or updates from leadership or among different teams within the office. The criteria for promotions and career advancement are not transparent. The balance between professional and personal life is severely lacking. Employees who excel in their roles do not receive the appreciation or value they deserve.
