Poor management who do not know how to run a restaurant and choose profit over the wellbeing of their staff constantly overbooking the restaurant to the point that staff are crying due to being so overworked and they’re having to compensate thousands of pounds to guests in a single night. It’s unfair on both the staff and the customers but the management don’t care. They also do not give breaks unless you beg and even then it’s 30 minutes unpaid 10 hours into your shift. It’s also not unusual to finish at 3am and be expected to start before 3pm the next day
