There are so many things that attribute to the great culture at ChowNow! From managers, co-workers, group outings, stock options, personal development and of course a fully stocked fridge (and this includes avocados!). The managers are very supportive when it comes to helping you hit goal and any questions you may have throughout the day and week. The vision of the company seems to be going in the right direction and it's exciting to see what may come next! I know it will benefit not only the company as whole, but individually as well.

I feel it's still in a start up phase when it comes to growing and salaries. However, they have been very transparent when it comes to your position and what you need to do to make more. I hope we'll make that next jump as a company soon!
