Good benefits: MacBook, ability to work from home. Decent support system with the managers, stock options. Like to promote from within if you perform well. Overall pretty positive experience. They definitely try to get you into the cult of ChowNow. If you commit to it you'll do fine. If you aren't big on that type of company culture this isn't the place for you.

Low base pay. On target earnings are around 45-60k. However, what they don't tell you is that the numbers you need to hit the high end are nearly unattainable. The product is simple and there's a definite need out there. The issue is the market is packed with competitors. Restaurants are getting slammed with cold calls from companies trying to milk a few more dollars out of them, ChowNow included. Even though they claim to be the "good guys". There is a really high turnover rate in the SDR department. Most barely make it 6 months. Just be prepared mentally to take on the challenge or choose a different company.
