1yWe appreciate your honest feedback. First off, we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience while you were with the company.
There have been recent changes with the sales leadership team in order to reset and take a step back to evaluate what was not working. As a result, KPIs and quotas have been simplified in an effort to reduce the likelihood of micromanagement and set a more consistent expectation for sales representatives. There is also a revaluation of performance reviews currently underway to refine how leadership measures success.
In addition, we are taking steps to begin to improve company morale by reinstating promotions so the team feels valued and recognized for their contributions. The interim executive leadership team is taking the time to understand the root cause of the issues that led to reductions in force and reflecting on better ways to build relationships across the organization.
