Classic uninspiring, frustrated, and pompous CEO. Made a massive mistake entering the U.S market, knows it, and acts accordingly. The interesting part, the leader of the U.S market (Comp-Ray) and sidekick seem to absolutely be clueless and struggling for any sort of business strategy. Has no problem cheating the sales team out of many dollars from the agreed comp-plan. Claims to have a robust service team, when most of the team has left. I can no longer recommend my customers to Comp-Ray.

Small company that stands out among the big names. It's easy to work with peers in a small business, Accessibility of colleagues. Flexibility in business approaches.

New employees are often evaluated more highly than existing employees who do their work in an exemplary manner. Equity is not always respected.
