-Terrible management -Shortsighted leadership, unable to see the big picture - Management will make lots of promises and won't deliver -You will be a glorified secretary for the VP of sales - No career advancement - Very small company -Management is very reactionary -No training or support from leadership -No clear goals or expectations -Do yourself a favor, do a search on LinkedIn on how many sales managers they have gone through in the last 7 years. you will find that they have a very high turnover, that should tell you something.

Pay is decent with good end of year bonuses based on company performance. Great product market fit and good reputation in the industry.

Too much for me to type here. Read the other reviews. It’s a shame the company is ran so poorly because they have great products in a market with not many competitors. Go on LinkedIn and look up how many former sales managers they have hired in the last 10 years. Most of them didn’t last a year and for good reason. There is no structure in anything that is done with this company and you basically are at the whim of one person and however he feels at that day. There is nothing in place to help you succeed and I don’t think anyone at this company knows how to actually grow bussiness. Worst of all I’ve been told and seen other been told to lie to customers about what we’re capable of to win business.
