Management will drown this place - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Chronosphere

The company and product have potential but need a complete overhaul of management. HR has 15+ people who do nothing and the company is burning money at an unprecedented rate. Even after the layoff, they seem to have more management (sales) than larger companies. The eng/product team has a huge ego and focuses on the wrong things. The sales team is all miserable with clueless managers who parade around drinking koolaid . Advice to recruiters - call people who work here they will respond!
