      I wanted to share some thoughts about my experience at the corporate office in Kadugodi. It’s quite a unique place where growth seems to take a backseat, especially for newcomers. Tasks are abundant, but creativity tends to vanish into thin air during office hours. Additionally, job roles become a bit blurry as you find yourself doing tasks unrelated to your position. Just a heads up, any positive feedback you see floating around is likely influenced by management. Eventually, turnover rates speak for themselves. So, if you decide to join despite this review, just keep your eyes open.

      Great experience at Chrysalis School. It's a fantastic place to learn and grow, especially if you're open to new experiences. You'll have opportunities to develop skills in art, craft, and classroom management. The former principal and coordinators (up to 2024) were particularly supportive and receptive to teachers' needs. For future growth, it would be beneficial for the new leadership to bring in fresh perspectives and make decisions independently. Overall, the work environment is positive, the compensation is good, and it's a solid place to build your career."

      Regular pros like some schools 8a.m to 4 pm For teachers kids discount of 50% after completion of one year School transport separate for teachers

      Too many observations from curriculum team, coordinator, vice principal, principal. Teachers feel discouraged and leaves the school frequently. Too many door decoration, coriander decoration almost every month. Principal and coordinators should be polite and respectful to retain the teachers.
