At the location where I work there are many instances of harassment. During my time working for this location, I had experience a lot of verbal harassment from my coworkers, most being transphobic, misogynistic, homophobic, and have even witnesses racist remarks towards my peers. There have been instances in which a cast-member had been sexually harassed, and when concerns were brought up to management, in my personal opinion, little to nothing was done. In one instance, where many individuals (most whom were minors) had experienced very sexual and uncomfortable interactions with one of our managers, when the incidents were brought up to another member of management, they had contacted the ‘accused’ and made them aware of the accusations against him (violating many protocols), which only put the cast members who were experiencing the harassment in further danger, the manager in question even attempted to ‘speak privately’ about the issue with one of them. The cast is full of many bigoted individuals whom are not held accountable for their actions. I once even had been told that I would ‘most likely be let go’ for attempting to report an incident in which I was assaulted. On top of all of that, many members of the cast weren’t properly trained in their areas, leading to yelling, and other verbal harassment, etc. from management as they (the cast) were not living up to their expectations.

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
