I feel being listened to and I feel that I am being taken seriously. The feedback is always in a good tone and very constructive so that I can use this going forward. Always a good atmosphere in both offices.

Some colleagues have left and in some cases, I wish more had been done to keep them. A con is also lack of a pension scheme and overall a lift in the salary would be the cherry on the top.
