      - Apathetic CEO and CTO - Always felt confused and out of touch with product. - Always felt judged and had difficulties express my opinion - startup environment felt more like trying to tick a set of checkboxes to be eligible for the title rather than genuinely embracing the culture.

      Cien was an amazing company to work for. It is full of such diverse individuals from all parts of the world. The culture is unbeatable as each person is very supportive of one another and collectively works cohesively as a team to reach the common goal. I worked with them as an intern for a semester, and I learned so much in a short period of time. The environment is fast-paced, but the communication is strong making it easy to have worked with them. There was always a new challenge and room to learn new concepts.
