Training is hard, and you'll have to meet high standars. But this only affects you if are lazy.

There is smart people. You will get training and some support. They take you in even without any prior experience.

Toxic culture. You will see people be treated really bad (public yelling and demeaning). You will have to sign a 2 year contract which if you want to exit early from then you need to pay a lot of money for, and even more if you currently hold a client contract. You will never be able to move to the client firm, unless you risk been suit. You will have to pretend to have 10 years of experience, while just coming out of the bootcamp.
