2yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you were happy with your compensation and benefits package. In addressing your training concerns we are in the middle of a company wide Leadership development program. Field Service leaders are slated to begin training in October. We also have training on Quality initiatives, Products, Strategic goal deployment and ERP that will elevate our communication between departments. We are also initiating focus groups to gather valuable feedback from our employees as we implement these advanced business tools. We are very excited about the upcoming changes.
