Raises are across the board so you get the same % as an under performer. Some departments get to do things other departments cannot. Company communication is poor. The interior colors resemble the inside of a two month olds diaper. No employee training whatsoever, no development. You have two types of people here, executives and low level employees so if you are reading this, you are the later.
