I would actually give it 3.5 stars. Very straight forward, easy to understand work. Depending on what area you work in, it can be fairly physical work. If you're with a good group of coworkers, shifts can be a lot of fun. Free movies is a nice perk (although Disney movies have new rules now so you have to wait to see them for free). Flexible scheduling is great if you're looking for a job that can fit around a school schedule. If you stick around long enough, every other 6 month review (so once a year) you'll get a raise, amount based on you review score (although I'm not sure with minimum wage increasing each year if you get to keep that or not?).
