Pay is average for the position, but still next to unlivable. You are required to work holidays. Only winter holidays give time and a half. Summer holidays do not. Weekends and nights required. Only 40 hours PTO. Very small raises, once a year. Expected to be a manager, a police officer, and an employee with staffing levels so low. If you want to move up in the company you must be ok with being moved around the country.
