Great collaborative environment. Remote Friendly. I loved seeing the impact on patient users.

Due to the remote-friendly environment, it was harder to interact with much of the team outside of meetings.

The device is really cool and you get to see a lot of people benefit from using it.

Under stress, the leadership devolved and the culture took a hit. There is not a lot of respect for the people working with users directly and input is not readily accepted or considered. Roles stagnate and it is very difficult to get raises.
