Too many turnovers - Recensione dipendente - Processor presso CiraConnect

I've spent a number of years with this company and my team, it feels like I'm working at a small company based on how tight nit every one is and how well everyone seems to work together. We have all the tools we need to do our jobs and we are given the freedom to complete our tasks without micromanaging. The leadership team is friendly and gets to know us. Turnover is very low for IT.

Benefits could be a little better but overall there's no major cons.

CiraConnect has a proprietary software built specifically for the community association industry, based on our experience in the industry. We have been building and refining this software based on feedback and input from Boards, managers and owners for over a dozen years. It is not only robust, but because we take feedback seriously, it is constantly changing and evolving.

Because what we do as managers is multi-faceted and complex, so is the software. That said, management has been aware of that and we now have the BEST team to help support users through chat, webchats, a helpline, a weekly newsletter and training videos, the library of which is being built.
