Bad company - Recensione dipendente - Engineering presso Circadiance

The company was founded around the SleepWeaver soft cloth CPAP mask in the respiratory medical device space. Several years ago they acquired two outstanding medical device lines from Phillips: Smart Monitor 2 and NeoPap. They are a late stage startup but have established revenue from the CPAP mask line. They have a great team from the bottom up. It was a great place for me to gain experience working in a startup with Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Managers. The only reason I left was to take an opportunity in the cardiovascular medical device arena where I had 12+ years of experience and expertise.

As with all startups, funding is always an issue. However, having established revenue from the mask line provides some stability.

No cons that I can speak of.
