Systemic problems with leadership at all levels of the organization (from team-leads to senior directors) Overall, there seems to be significant confusion as to what the main goal is for the company’s work in the UAE: promoting intelligence training or providing technological capabilities to clients. These need not be in conflict with one another, but as the company is currently structured, the technology goal is stressed (for obvious reasons), yet in action very little is done to further that goal.
