Decent short-term place as a stepping stone for interns or junior positions, opportunities to network in the music industry and attend festivals or gigs with work, the staff mostly being young makes it an enjoyable office environment, relaxed office attire.

Zero meaningful benefits, insanely poor pay given people's experience, huge discrepancy in pay between people in the same positions, very little support from management or above. Little to no boundaries when it comes to personal time as you have to be available to clients or on Whatsapp after hours or on weekends. Management did little to "manage" how clients would speak to or communicate with staff in a negative way. Very little structure and high turnover of staff makes for a very stressful job.
