Supportive and collaborative team that genuinely wants interns to learn and contribute. I had the opportunity to work on real marketing and content projects and see how campaigns move from idea to execution. People were approachable, helpful, and willing to answer questions or give feedback.

Honestly did not encounter any major downsides during my time there. The pace can be quick at times because the company is growing, but that also makes it a great environment to learn and gain experience.

The people there we're good to work with, and when there was a project until management decided to change, was actually good.

No planning, and constantly changing direction. Over spending to not spending anything, and then probably 5 rounds of layoffs. Super low moral, and everyone just trying to not get laid off and no idea or info of how the company is doing.
