Very complex, slow and unstable. Leadership is changing very frequently, so are the priorities and the team structure. This brings to long periods of waiting still, followed by very hectic ones. Moreover, there is constant fear of lay-offs that are periodically announced every 6-12 months regardless the company performance. The worst part is that meritocracy is not taken into account as they let go the best talents and the top performing people. Lots of politics.
