2ySince our higher than industry standard attrition rates 2+ years ago, we have come a long way and our attrition rates are at industry standard. Our newly launched mission, vison and values have been well received and in recent reviews, we have received positive feedback on our culture. Whilst we are a family owned business, we are an equal opportunity employer and all employees are welcome to apply for internal vacancies and promotions. We are a client led organization and as such, it is important to us that we provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. As part of the Cisilion rebrand, we asked our customers to provide us with feedback on our client experience and received positive feedback on our innovative solutions, delivery of solutions and our consultative approach. We have exciting growth targets that both challenge and reward our high performing team.
The Leadership team are also focused on a sustainable growth strategy. Our high performers are recognised and those who need development are given the time and resources to do so.
We have a dedicated ESG Committee and Strategy in place to address topics such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and whilst we acknowledge in some areas it still requires improvement, we believe our teams have come a long way in recent years.
