      Don't have to work weekends, break time is nice and paid time off is a plus. Other than that there is nothing else.

      They are a bunch of bullies ,they treat all their employees like crap talking down to them while playing mind games .

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Svantaggi

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
