Pay is horrendous. Too top heavy. They pay who they want the rest are low salary. Points system for absence and lateness. Leaders aren't good.

Thank you for your feedback. We've spent a great deal of time evaluating our current compensation structure across all areas of the organization. Compensation is personalized to each employee based on role, performance and other factors. As such, we understand that actions taken are not public knowledge. All compensation-related actions, including merit awards, are based on merit as well as other factors such as company performance, COLA, etc. We will continue to evaluate our practices in this area. Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

Svantaggi

Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
