The higher forms of human being are all infallible and never make mistakes. The quality assurance people who are supposed to uphold quality are all poorly calibrated. Each QA has their own interpretation of rules and hence the analysts suffer because the errors are all personal views and not even aligned with any official rule. For a company whose been around for a while, the records keeping and information dissemination is horrible. They still use word and excel files that are saved on each person’s desktops. Imagine what happens if new information is needed to get shared!
