      IT Department sucks! No one is knowledgeable of what is going on and everything must go through corporate. The employee incentive program was modified to make it almost impossible to make more than your base pay. Management does not listen to their employees. This company has great potential with certain management changes. DEAD END JOB.

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.
