9yDear Colleague - I appreciate your feedback and it's regretful to see that you are not fully enjoying your team and work experience. When there is strong team spirit and a strong manager, I have seen so many happy teams working well here and feeling satisfaction in the work they do (even during the busy periods each month) and the relationships they've developed. Based on your feedback it isn't clear if you have tried to have a balanced conversation with you manager to give them some considered, constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the team atmosphere. I realize that can be a hard conversation to have - so I often encourage employees to work with Human Resources for coaching or support. As humans it's easy for us to complain to each other - but more productive to try to be a real team player who feels accountable to the whole team to try to improve conditions and communication. Each of us has the power within us to effect positive change.
