Dear Anonymous - as noted, Citco provides a great training ground for new graduates through exposure to sophisticated global products and clients. Our staff are hardworking, smart and learn how to balance a full workload - skills that are essential in any financial services firm but may be challenging as junior staff learn them. There are busy periods during the month and the year and our staff will work some long hours during those periods to meet stringent deadlines and SLA's. However the experience they gain will be invaluable. We do our best to balance those periods with generous time off policies and other flexibility when it can be provided during the quieter periods.
