People refer to learning opportunities that you just don't get in other companies so early in your career, particularly getting the opportunity to work the end to end NAV process. In the finance industry, the hours can be arduous at certain times of the year, but at Citco, we try to balance that with policies and practices that promote health and well-being and work/ life balance.
