      Month end can be a stressful period, but followed by more down time. Less analytical and more repetitive once exposed to the majority of what you do.

      Dear Colleague - thanks for your feedback and 4 star rating. I do hope you are taking the opportunity to pass on your thoughts to your direct manager or department head. If you have good thoughts about relevant projects and don't think you are being heard, I encourage you to set a meeting with your MD to see what is possible to implement. My experience is that management is always open to good ideas.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
