Dear Colleague - the first quarter of the year is certainly one of our busiest seasons at Citco and we are mindful of the commitment our staff makes through these several months of long hours, tight deadlines and client demands. While it is the nature of many financial services firms, we very much appreciate the hard work and commitment of our staff. Managing the related stress takes stamina and perhaps a well timed vacation day when a rest is needed.
