9yDear Colleague - I'm sorry to see that you think Citco doesn't "care". You've noted a number of ways that the company actually does show it's caring - with competitive pay practices, company sponsored social events, generous benefit and vacation programs, and many more amenities in our offices than most financial firms offer these days. Whether a firm is privately or publicly owned, all firms today must make some tough choices on how to spend their money and where to cut costs. While our business model doesn't support a job rotation program, it does fund a global training department that offers a multitude of training programs through in-class, virtual class and eLearning environments allowing our employees to enrich their knowledge on a regular basis.
