      Dear Colleague - thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I hope you will take some time to share any concerns you have with your local HR Partner. Managers sometimes need coaching and feedback too so that they can make the appropriate corrections. HR can help get those messages across.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
