You recognise that this is a great career starter for a grad, and so many people have shared similar feedback, that the learning opportunity exceeds most other career starter roles. You also refer to restructuring. I recognise that restructuring can be disruptive, but by it's nature is temporary and so hopefully it doesn't take away from your overall positive experience.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
