      Dear Current Employee. Thanks for taking the time to write your review. Its great that you recognise the learning culture. I have received other feedback in relation to work life balance and certainly this can be an issue in our industry. That said, it is an area that it getting some focus and attention.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
