      Great atmosphere, challenging role, meritocracy, no red tape like larger publicly owned companies, hugely interesting industry to be involved in.

      Communication can be last minute, but it keeps you on your toes. Work days can be long but management are flexible on late/early starts and finishes.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
