Team budget, free beers for losers

Long hours low pay, your whole work experience is shaped by your manager.. if your allocated under a bad manager then your experience is horrible. No appreciation, get paid the same as other OA’s but does 2 times the work ( even get the same raises)

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
