As part of our onboarding of new employees we are working hard to ensure that employees are provided with as much training as possible to ensure they have the information, tools and resources they need to do their job successfully. We encourage our managers to meet with employees on a monthly basis and provide success coaching to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. Citco is committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I am disappointed to hear about some of your experiences.
