      There has been massive growth over the past year. Both in staffing and wins for the business. Great place to build/fast track your career. Great team atmosphere Team outings on Wednesdays Flexible work arrangements Client visibility/trips/pitches Scope of the business is apparent to even entry level employees with exposure to all levels of management. Employees are looked after with strong social calendar, beer at 5, corporate parties, golf tournaments, catered town halls, trips, dinners and “thank you” lunches. Benefits and compensation is on par or better than competitors. Management staff seems to care about you. Which in this industry isn’t common.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
