We encourage our managers to meet with employees regularly to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. We also have an open work environment and there are multiple communication channels available to employees to voice their views and suggestions. Regarding career progression, we are always looking for new ways to identify and promote talent at Citco.
