7yWe appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences.
We understand that, at times the client-focused nature of our business can lead to longer working hours than we would otherwise like. We are also in the transition phase and expect the work to stabilize as we reach a steady state. However, we are working hard to facilitate flexibility where possible among all teams to promote and support a healthy work-life balance. As a start, we recently announced the launch of flexible timings across few teams. The global My Flex initiative is being rolled out this year, ensuring a commitment to these practices across all teams where possible.
As an organization, we recognize that our managers play a very important role to ensure that our employees have the resources and tools to perform their roles successfully. We encourage our managers to meet with employees regularly to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. We also have an open work environment and there are multiple communication channels available to employees to voice their views and suggestions.
Regarding career progression, we are always looking for new ways to identify and promote talent at Citco. Recent changes to the internal promotion process aim to ensure transparency and equal opportunity for all.
